Had a committee meeting at Zero Ten and it was a really comfy spot. They have curtains for privacy, extension wires available, and even have an area for us to get free coffee and tea.
They also have their own honesty store, though it was small, it really was a nice concept to have especially if you are needing some snacks or candies. Staff were super hospitable and welcoming too. The surrounding was clean, well-lit and quiet which really improves your focus and productivity.

I’ve been here several times and it’s honestly one of the most convenient and comfortable coworking spaces in Cebu IT Park. The place is clean, well-lit, and has a really productive atmosphere without feeling too stiff or corporate. WiFi is fast and reliable, and there are plenty of outlets, which is always a lifesaver.
The staff are friendly and accommodating — they’re quick to assist and make you feel welcome from the moment you enter. What I also love is the location; it’s right in IT Park, so food options, coffee shops, and parking areas are all super accessible.
Whether you’re working solo, meeting with a team, or just looking for a quiet place to get things done, Zero-Ten Park is definitely a great choice. Highly recommended!

easily one of the most comfortable and convenient spots in Cebu IT Park. The place is clean, bright, and has a productive yet relaxed vibe. WiFi is fast, outlets are plentiful, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Plus, the location is great with lots of nearby food and coffee options. Highly recommended for solo work or meetings.
