San Pedro Square Market is a really cool indoor market with plenty of outdoor seating as well. It’s made up of three different buildings, all packed with a wide variety of food vendors and bars, so there’s truly something for everyone here.
I had to try the Hella Good Burger, and it definitely lived up to the name. The burger was very well seasoned, super juicy, and served on a soft potato bun that was honestly one of the best parts. It was a little messy, but in the best way — overall a really hella good burger.
We also shared a margarita pizza from Pizza Bocca Lupo. The pizza was excellent: the sauce had great flavor and the crust was even better, perfectly cooked with a nice texture.
Overall, this is a fun spot with tons of food options and a great atmosphere. Definitely a place you can come back to multiple times and try something new each visit. I’ll for sure be back to try more.

This place in downtown San Jose really hits the sweet spot. It’s great for socializing, eating, or just grabbing a drink and unwinding. The atmosphere somehow manages to be calm and pleasant while still buzzing with life, which makes it super enjoyable. One of my favorite things was noticing the historical touches — it really adds character and makes you feel connected to the city while you’re there. The layout, the vibe, and the energy all work together to make it feel welcoming and fun. Honestly, downtown could use more spots like this — places that make you want to linger and enjoy yourself. I’ll definitely be coming back to hang out with friends and soak in the atmosphere again.
