Absolutely love this place. Great amenities, the pool and grandmas basement are amazing. The rooms are so neat, great attention to detail with decor and really well set up so that you have everything you need. The staff are great and it's just an all around fun place to be. It's refreshing to stay at a hotel that really feels like they care about people enjoying themselves beyond just offering a place to sleep and then calling it a day.

Super fun hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. The aesthetic is amazing, the staff are super friendly and the rooms impeccably clean and well appointed. I always have a problem with beds in hotels and these were absolutely perfect, with some of the best pillows I've had in any hotel. Really well done and great value for the money.

Hotel Zed appears to have gotten an upgrade from when our family stayed there years ago. The decor was more fun/intentional, and the beds were way more comfortable. Honestly, we were super happy with everything about our experience here. The decor was super fun, the suite had everything we needed for our family of 4, the pool and grandma's basement were super fun, the location across from Mayfair mall was great, the coffee was PHENOMENAL, the staff were friendly and attentive, and the restaurant they have on site (The Ruby) has great food. This will for sure be our go-to hotel when we visit Victoria.
