What an incredibly lovely accommodation! My group and I stayed here for the recent TWICE concert at the Roger’s Arena and having such a nice and close place to our activities was a huge highlight.

Sandman Hotel accommodated our late checkout and we genuinely appreciated all of the help from the kind staff members every single time we went to the front desk for help. The rooms were clean, having access to a microwave AND a mini fridge was a huge bonus. The shower pressure is wonderful and the bathroom was comfortable and bright to get ready in and to freshen up. The temperature in the room was easily adjustable. The best part of the hotel room was also the incredibly comfortable yet soft beds, plenty of outlets and a great view.

It was pleasant to have access to the pool and gym with our stay too!

I’m excited to book with Sandman Hotel for the second time and would highly consider coming back during the next trip. I would like to give a shout out to Shiv at the front desk for his great customer service; all of the staff members have been great to us. 🙂

This hotel is in a perfect location!! just a 5-minute walk to the soccer stadium or Rogers Arena, and 10 minutes to the marina. The rooms are modern and spacious, with large washrooms. The gym is impressively well-equipped, and the indoor pool and hot tub are great perks.
The internet? so good, no issues attending remote meetings. The fact that they have chromecast attached to the tv was just perfect!! I broadcast netflix and youtube from my phone with no lag or delays.
This place is an excellent choice whether you’re spending just one night or an extended week, as I did.

I stayed here a few days ago and the location is good, however the rooms are quite small! Smallest room I have ever stayed in. Pardon me, the European rooms have been smaller than this room, however one does not expect it here in Canada. I was alone and it was cramped. A couple would definitely find it a bit tight. I didn’t have enough room to do my yoga!
The bed was a bit saggy but comfortable enough. The pillows were fine. The reading light above the bed is more for ambiance than for reading! Please hotel designers, we need a good reading light by the bed! That’s a must!
The coffee in the lobby is ok? I would prefer it a bit stronger but then again, I like it stronger than most.
The hotel staff are A1! Very pleasant and helpful no matter your concern or query.
