We checked into the JW Marriott Parq Vancouver today and are genuinely blown away by the experience.

The service was absolutely out of this world. Kyna, in particular, left my husband and me speechless with her incredible level of customer care.. simply warm, attentive, and truly exceptional. Every staff member we encountered was amazing (Basil, who helped us with our luggage, was fantastic!), and what stood out just as much was the camaraderie among the team. You can tell this is a place where people truly enjoy working together, and it reflects beautifully in the guest experience.

The rooms are stunning! They are modern, elegant, and spotless. Even the hallways are thoughtfully designed.. bright, clean, and welcoming. The Executive Lounge was another highlight. The chef kindly prepared vegetarian versions of the dishes being served, and both the culinary team and lounge staff truly elevated the experience.

Wow! What an amazing experience. First time at this hotel and now we will always stay here! The level of customer service, attentiveness and genuine care from the staff is amazing. Special thank you to Rodolpho the head concierge who was a pleasure to deal with. We took a night away from the kids and wanted a romantic evening together. When Rodolpho found out, he had champagne and chocolates sent up to our room. The staff were always pleasant ready to be of service when needed. The room was crisp, clean and perfectly layed out for a great getaway and the VIEW was perfect. Watching the morning sunrise was picture perfect. Thank you for making this a memorable experience. Rodolpho you have made a lasting impression on us. We were loyal to another hotel brand and I am glad we took a chance on staying here. We hope to be back soon!
