First of all, the bathrooms are spotlessly clean, which is not common for public bathrooms. Cool stuff in the Nature House. The walk around the lake is a good walk, saw a heron and some other great birds on/in the water. The lake path is about an hour at a moderate pace, up and down hill experiences.

I enjoy coming to the Nature House with my kids, there is so much for them to see and do. We’ve even gotten lucky enough to see the turtle feeding. It’s a lovely little place that makes for a nice morning when paired with a stroll along the trails.
The best part, though, is getting to chat with the staff. A couple times now we’ve had Steph teach us some extra fun information, or show us some stuff I would have missed. It definitely levels up the experience when she’s there!
Keep doing a great job! 🙂

Very nice to see how they keep trimming the over growth and keep pebbles in the paths to prevent slipping in the mud. They have done such a nice job of the little bridges and the floating walkway. We never know which kind of birds we will see, but there are always some to watch and take photos of.
