What an amazing experience from start to finish. Our family was here over the December holidays and I have to say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The lit of display showcases, the beauty of mother nature and accents the Unique and stunning Landscape in which Victoria has provided, and the owners have accentuated and shared with the world. We had made dinner reservations and we were so glad that we did. The food was absolutely outstanding. The ambiance was impeccable, charming, and beautiful, and the service was friendly, informative, and as elegant as you can expect while still being charming and fun. A side note Is that we had Our 11-year-old son with us. The server, management and kitchen team We’re very accommodating when it came to a menu substitution for our son. I would recommend this place to anyone with full confidence that they will have the same experience as you can tell that this establishment is run like a well oiled machine. We look forward to visiting again in different seasons to see what that brings to the gardens. Thank you to the owners and team for memorable experience.

We decided to take the bus, which took about an hour. It’s a great way to save money, though taking an Uber would be faster by about 20-30 minutes. The rain actually worked in our favor because there were far fewer people, making the experience perfect. If you have the time, the afternoon tea is absolutely worth staying for. Also, it’s great that the place is pet and wheelchair friendly.

Just now getting around to sharing our experience of the Butchart Gardens… but it was without a doubt an amazing experience! We had a personal driver take us to from the port to this place (which I also recommend)! We got to spend around 2 hours in the gardens, which was just the right amount of time. They also have a gift shop which was very nice. Overall, as the pictures show, this place is amazing. I would recommend to any person who is looking for something to do here!
