Easy walk from the city centre – 5 minutes from Cathedral or West street tram stops. Community venue you can rent out, but I went there on a health course. On the first night a member of staff was there to welcome us and told us which room we were in. Clean but basic decor and a massive picture of the city centre to reminisce over. Can be noisy when there are exercise groups on the floor above
