I had a lovely carvery here, Sunday.
The food was outstanding. Fresh choice of 4 different meats, outstanding gravy, gorgeous roast potatoes. Yorkshire puddings as big as your head! 5 different veg and amazing cauliflower cheese.
The atmosphere was perfect for a Sunday. The ship and castle was totally spotless, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Definitely will be back with my family. Best Sunday lunch in a very long time.

Their was 7 in our party. We had main meals and occasional lunch. All meals are good priced, plenty on the plate and lovely. The chilli was the best I've ever had. Never waited long and all came out around the same time. Staff are all polite and welcoming. Blue light discount was appreciated.
