Lovely walking path with numerous places you can hike down to the water easily. Beach is filled with smooth rocks of various sizes. Just a delightful place to get some fresh air and enjoy the beauty.

Beacon Hill Park is near the downtown, easily accessible by walk if you stay somewhere in downtown Victoria. The park is well maintained and you won't feel dangerous while walking around the park. This park would be a perfect spot to take your morning coffee, walk around and get a nice morning breeze. The air quality is so good that you don't want to miss that.
You can see Peacocks 🦚 on photos of Beacon Hill Park. Don't get disappointed or give up when you don't see them immediately when you enter the park. The park is pretty big and try to go through the middle and you should be able to find them near Beacon Hill Lookout on Google Map.
The park also leads to the shoreline where you can take the stairs down to walk around the beach. Depending on your speed, it may take from 1.5 hours to 3 hours to walk around the entire park. But it's worth it.

Beautiful park in the middle of downtown Victoria. There is a lot to see and a lot of tranquil pathways to tread through. I'm surprised that this park hosts peacocks, and they can climb trees! Amenities are plentiful, including several washrooms and two playgrounds. There is no shortage of parking spaces in and around the park as well. Definitely a great place to spend time in Victoria.
