The rooms are beautiful! Stayed in a view to the river and wow! What a view. There banquet rooms are amazing and the food they catered is top notch. They also have bike you can get to ride for free and go around Saskatoon, which is so fun if you are staying for a few night.
Thank you so much for your hospitality.

I write this review as a follow up to what I would say was a horrible guest experience originally from a certain person in management at the Delta that obviously had a bad day/week.
I spend a lot of money at the Delta on 20th including Christmas parties for our staff of over 80 people.
Last June I had a poor experience on booking a simple room and that poor experience with a certain sales manager cost the Delta a lot of business.
Their sister property has treated us very well. My conundrum is the staff at the restaurant is second 2 none. “E”, Brit and the rest of the team are awesome.
So I decided to book again and during my stay I dealt with Tatyana who was clearing up an issue with me on parking and she went over the top.
1st class all the way.
Some will safely say….die to the right people caring and doing what the hospitality industry is supposed to do (be hospitable).
I will be a repeat customer again.
Thank you Tatyana and Brit!

Recently stayed here and while the location by the river was beautiful, the overall experience was disappointing.
– No parking was available (I was promised a credit for the hassle but never received it).
– Payment options were outdated (no tap available).
– The front desk clerk was unpleasant.
– The fridge in my room didn’t work, so my dog’s food went bad.
– The bathtub did not drain and was dirty (mildew).
– The water temperature was either cold or scalding hot.
– The lobby floor was extremely slippery for my dog, which felt unsafe.
– No dog-friendly items were provided (not critical, but it would have been a thoughtful touch to at least provide a water bowl given this is marketed as dog-friendly and was a dog-specific room).
The front desk staff offered a discount for the issues and said the manager would call me (this was their offer, not my request), but no one ever followed up. I was charged the full amount and never contacted.
Overall, beautiful location but very poor service, amenities, and follow-through. Would not recommend and certainly not anywhere near worth the almost $250/night.
