Back in December, after multiple tries with no one answering calls in the framing department, a young girl named Gabriella answered the main line and was very friendly and understanding of my frustration. Although she did not work in the framing department, she was eager to help me. She asked for the measurements of my pictures, and immediately looked up the cost of getting my posters on plaque, giving me prices for 3/8 and 3/4 inch thickness. She also gave me the prices and sku# of frames that were in store and readily available. This is the kind of customer service you don't see very often anymore, and I just wanted to show my appreciation, especially when the young generation can demonstrate the importance of connecting with the customer.

This is a review of the framing department at the back of the store.

We’ve had several jobs completed here over the last couple of years, and each one has been a top finish.

The turn around time is fairly quick, 10-14 days usually, and the pricing can be a little bit expensive but if you wait until the sales you can get the materials for up to 50% off.
