Its presence on the hill at the top of lots of steps looks really beautiful. It's dark brickwork or stone contrasts very well with the surrounding buildings such as the one with red brickwork and those with sandstone. Shame the council did not extend the grounds of the church on the back where the swimming bags used to be. Lost opportunity.

Oldham Parish Church is one of the best one's in Oldham. The Reverend so humble and other helpers are wonderful. I would recommend this for anyone. Everyone gets along with each other. I have felt welcomed, accepted & respected since the first time I walked through the door. You can feel the love of God. If you are seeking a loving church, caring church, and a church staff that puts God first,this church is for you. Remember, a church alive is worth the drive!

Absolutely fantastic tour of the crypt & very well maintained church building. Anyone notice the orb in the left-hand corner of picture 1. If anyone is interested, this tour is every second Saturday of the month
