We were trapped during Typhoon Egay's onslaught. They didn't have generator so we have to entrust everything to the Lord. We opened both doors to let the air flow so we can have a cooler temperature, other rooms did it as well. No water, so they used pool water. We relied on mineral water for toothbrush and such. There was a demo program on-going when power went off, it is not within our control though Hotel Staff should have Shhhussshed these teenagers from running to and fro as well as talking too loud, they were not only the hotel's guests. Much improvement should be made with contingency plans and upgrading of rooms, twas a little old as compared to Baguio rooms of the same rate. Our late-early check in (2:30AM) was not properly endorsed by the morning shift.. this displays gaps in communication.. as former hotel worker, I always relate issues wherever I stay since we are talking about the Hospitality Industry, where Customer Service should be in place.. other than that, Ilocano welcome and warm accommodation was our plus factor for this. I hope they make major improvements after recovering from the Typhoon.

Its a small event place if youre thinking of around 200 people but its okay for seminars.

The hotel staff are very friendly and respond to request in a prompt manner. However the hotel rooms and facilities are in a very poor condition. The aircon is in great need of maintainance, also the bathrooms. The water leaks more in the control knob than the water coming out from the showerhead. Plus the exhaust is not working. And there's more, book your stay "including breakfast" and have your daily dose of mahling and egg. Be sure to be in the restaurant early because they always ran out of plates and cutleries😒. I am saying because I want the hotel to improve. Yes I did fill out their feedback form.
