It was so lovely so nice I love it I love that moment. And to happen again. So nice event so nice people. Very good for families for kids for youngs and adults. Very nice organizers and organizations. A lot of colors light. Progress and programs so interesting.

The seat of the City Government of Laoag. Located very strategically in front of the Roman Catholic Church. A most place to visit in Laoag. The building is an old Spanish type.
