Rooms are spacious, the air-conditioning system is good, the bathroom has hot and cold showers, and the toilet flush is fully functional (my usual problem for some hotels). The hotel staff are courteous, specially the guards, who always willingly assist whenever i park my vehicle. The food in the resto is also good. I hope they will have a water dispenser on one floor (preferably on the ground floor) with free hot and cold water for hotel guests , which is offered in most hotels. Also, the hotel is located right in front of Gaisano Capital Mall. Other establishments are just a few minutes away from the hotel's location, which is a plus

Rooms are spacious very clean but need to be modernized with new A/C and TVs. The lobby was very fancy along with the restaurant inside. They also offer a large dance room for special events upstairs

We had the upfraded "suite" for 1550P per night. Comfortablish mattress(firm, but not too firm like some hotels in Philippines), but the pillow is one if those kinda hard foam things… ): The room is nice size, and the air con is a windows type, but in good condition, and pretty quiet… worked fine to cool our room. We were on the 3rd floor, room 312, and the road noise was horrible. Almost seamed like the window was open how loud it was. They should really have double pane windows. We will ask for a room facing a different direction next time.
T.v. was 32 flat screen with the normal filipino stations, and also an HBO, and a Cinimax which we enjoyed, however out t.v. had a wiring issue so a little "snow" on the t.v… but was o.k…
Bathroom was not bad size with a water heater (normal) on the wall… wiring was a bit scary to it… Exposed electrical tape to wires coming out if the wall? Really? Thats the best you can do guys?
Anyways… no Free Breakfast, but we did order room service in the evening, and thought the food was o.k., and the staff was great… always smiling.
Location is good… directly across the street from Giusono(?) Mall, and a McDonald's immediately across the street… parking is horrible. Recommend to arrive a bit early and leave your car/truck as space is very limited in front.
We have now stated here 2 times to visit my wife's brothers here in Pagadian, and most likely will stay again in the future. Good value for your money I think overall.
