This hotel is on the pricier side for mid-tier hotels, and the room was a little small and barebones, but it was very clean and had the essentials I needed. I would have appreciated some drawers to unpack into, and access to a mini fridge and microwave. It did have a charging device right on the bedside table though, and a little white noise machine that worked well. The mattress was pretty firm, but the pillows were so soft they turned into little clouds rather than hold their shape. Your mileage may vary on if you like that, or if you'll want to bring your own stuff to make sure you're comfortable! The shower was decently large, but had a step up at the threshold, so that's not wheelchair accessible. It's possible there may be other rooms that are more accessible if you ask?
If you just need a quick bite, the food at Refuel is very convenient, but the selection is limited, and it's pretty expensive for unimpressive quality. Maybe the bar is better? Just remember to carry your cards any time you go down there, since the elevators don't work without them. There are no meals included with the room, but coffee and tea are free downstairs.
The service at the front desk was amazing and helpful the whole time, though! I booked a stay at the last minute, and not only were they able to find me a room, but they were able to extend the stay unexpectedly with no trouble at all. This location is one of very few (if not the only one?) in the area to have a backup generator on the property, so there's no worry about losing power during even terrible weather. If it's nice out though, you've got tons of shopping and restaurants super close. By default, housekeeping comes by once every two days, but you can change that at the front desk too.
