Visited for afternoon tea before Christmas and really enjoyed it.
Service was great as staff were attentive but not over attentive.
Dining room was lovely and festive, very clean, nothing left on tables.
It was very busy but there was no wait at all for anything.
Afternoon tea was very very nice, everything was perfect, nothing too big or bulky. Mini fruit scones, mini cheese scones, mini plain scones, finger sandwiches, small warm sausage rolls, a selection of dainty sweet treats, all we're delicious.
Plenty of refills offered for tea/coffee.
Prices are quite expensive, however it is hotel prices so it is expected.
I can't comment on rooms as I haven't stayed there.
Restrooms/toilets very clean.
Plenty of parking available around the back.

Spa is really impressive and just getting better. Needs a clock outside and somewhere to hang towels near hot tub. Massages are just the best! Had 2 now and both masseuses are amazing. Jessica today was probably the best ever… This little spa is a gem of a place.

A nice clean & tidy hotel. Good grounds with lots of rabbits hopping about. Food was good & fair priced. Great swimming pool & gym, hot tub & sauna, these are being extended.
