James from the firearm section helped me today. James treated me extremely well and was treated with so much respect. He answered every question I have helped me with every detail. My personal opinion is having An employee representing Cal Ranch the way James was is incredible. I will definitely come back and do business with Cal Ranch simply due to the fact of James treating with me with respect. This is how it’s done give that man a raise 🫡

I recently bought a horse feeder from the Cedar City C-A-L Ranch store. I live out of town, so I had to call ahead and find out if they had what I wanted. The young clerk on the phone was amazing. Her name was Maddie. She was courteous, helpful and was able to reserve the item for me. When I arrived the item was not only reserved, it was placed in a convenient location for pick up, and she led me to it. A young man named Arek came out and helped me load it. He, too, was not only helpful, but conversational and gracious. They both showed an interest in me and made me feel like a valued customer. Great Job!
