Staff and location was great! Will be going back. They were very helpful and friendly. Location great, close to so much and yet very private feeling. Pool warm and clean,great breakfast with friendly/helpful staff! How helpful you ask? Was walking back from eating at the Harbor 360(recommend by the way) and as we were walking over the freeway and down to the pier where I was to propose to my future fiancé, driving by in a red car while I was wearing my brand new first time out $65 white hoodie I was egged! Anyways the staff stain sprayed and helped me get it clean,thanks again!

Traveled in the off-season really nice experience. Room was clean with a great view of lake superior, front desk staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Located close to a lot of other things downtown within walking distance.

From the moment we arrived the service was warm and welcoming. Becky the hospitality director was fantastic. She went above and beyond to make feel welcome. Wonderful hotel, fantastic location, very clean. Breakfast was the best. We will diffentlly stay there again.
