    I believe this is an earlier Memorial to that of the Capas National Shrine which is located a bit farther to the north. Entrance is free and the grounds are also lined up with trees on either side. Benches can found between the trees, though some are in poor condition. There appears to be an annual event being commemorated here every April 9 during the Araw of Kagitingan.
