We had a very pleasant stay at Casa Leticia Business Inn. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional. Check-in was quick and smooth, and they made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Their customer service really stood out—they were always polite, helpful, and ready to assist whenever we had a question.

The room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing—perfect for resting after a long day. Housekeeping also did a great job keeping the room tidy and fresh throughout my stay.

Great choice. Good food. Best location. Great service. Our experience in hotels has always been our top priority since we have toddler traveling with us. Casa Leticia has met our expectations, our stay has been conveniently satisfying especially in parking and dining. Parking space is always available, and we. always look forward to our breakfast since they served different menu everyday. We will definitely book our stay here again. Kudos to the staff who accommodated us especially Josh who always sees to it that we have our best experience in dining. To the guard Sir Cabatingan who assists us in parking, to the front desk officers who were very accommodating, thank you so much for such a wonderful experience in booking and checking out.

Staffs are very accomodating. The guard that was on duty that day helps me to carry my luggage to my room located on 3rd floor because you need to go up with the stairs. The place is good and clean. İt's advantage for me when İ pray because my room has it's qibla direction. İt's appreciated. Restaurant staffs were friendly and accomodating. Overall, thumbs up. Thank you very much and hope me and my hubby will stay here someday.
