Cedar Creek Winery and it's sister Winery, Wollersheim Winery, both deserve a five star shout out for the best customer service around. If I could give them more than Five Stars, I definitely would. I am a long time Case Club Member, and called Cedar Creek Winery and spoke to Stephanie. I requested a special wine, which is seasonal, to be shipped to my sister out of state. Stephanie advised me it was Out of Stock online, but she would do a thorough check of the Winery. Within two days, Stephanie called me back and said she had a case and was transferring it to the Shipping Department. I was both ecstatic and grateful for Stephanie and her fantastic customer service attitude that went above and beyond, and she exceeded customer satisfaction expectations. One day later, Jane called me from the Shipping Department, and had everything ready to ship out for me. Jane was very professional and proficient, and I appreciate the fact that Jane also went above and beyond customer service, and Jane exceeded customer satisfaction expectations, too.

Both Cedar Creek Winery and Wollersheim Winery are gems in Wisconsin. Their wines are exceptional, without being overly sweet. It is worth the drive for anyone to visit these wineries. You won't be disappointed. Thank you very much to both Stephanie and Jane, for your excellent customer service, and your wonderful customer service attitudes and professionalism. You have made me a customer for life. Best wishes to you both. Thank you.

Update: 9/28/25 – We loved visiting here and indulged in two flights, as well as the cheese tray (which was very good, by the way). Can't wait to come back again and have another glass of the Cedar Spice wine. Thank you for taking care of us!

Great place to take a tour and get a flight that matches your taste preference. I like the sweets, because sometimes I'm lacking sweetness.
Thank you, Gina, for taking care of me. The wine was excellent, and I loved sitting outside in the cool October air.
It's been about 6 years since my last visit here, and hopefully won't be 6 years until my next time.

We used to live nearby and would often bring visitors to this winery for tours and tastings, but I hadn’t been back in years. My taste in wine has definitely evolved over the years, so I wasn’t sure I would still like what’s sold here, but stopped in for nostalgia’s sake. Not only is this just as charming as I remembered, the wine is still delightful. The strawberry wine was of course jammy and fruity, but I didn’t find it overly sweet, just crisp and refreshing, perfect for a hot summer day.
The employee was busy, but friendly and very helpful, and I enjoyed wandering around the grounds and admiring the scenery, lovely place.
