it is called boot camp CrossFit training I Target muscle strength training for the legs body shoulders stomach and cardio is 5 laps around a track and then you come back to me and we do circuit training

This is a great facility. It is located in a urban neighborhood. Clean and fully staffed. Equipments, track and pool are state of the art with plenty of space and well equipped ventilation system. Secured free parking. Open early @ 7a.m. In house medical provider and countless activities for all ages. All of these services are offered to you at NO COST… Yes its FREE😉 . Irecommend this facility for good family fun entertainment
