From entering the studio until the end of the shoot, it was a great experience. They will also suggest you poses and such to really look great in each shot and make it memorable. For sure, I will get back again and recommend to others!

The quality of the photos is great, but the service was disappointing. Our group experienced several issues with both the soft and hard copies of our pictures. Additionally, I don’t understand why the wallet-size and 2×2 photos still needed to be cut manually on our end.
What’s more frustrating is that we did not receive any apology for the mistakes and inconsistencies. I sincerely hope your studio will take greater responsibility in providing consistent service and ensuring better treatment of all clients, whether students or others.

Our experience was quite disappointing due to poor communication. Messages were often left on read or replied to after several hours, making it difficult to coordinate. We inquired about possible schedule changes due to the typhoon, but were informed that there would be none. Given the circumstances, we respectfully requested at least a partial refund of our down payment, but were told it was non-refundable. Overall, the lack of responsiveness and flexibility was very frustrating.
