    Customer service lack initiative to present resort amenities. Amenities location too widespread for PWD access. Amenities need upgrade.
    On the other hand, our dogs (a labrador and an american bulldog) had the time of their lives!!! …and that's what counts the most as very few resorts would allow big dogs to roam around the place without a leash…or dive into the pool!!! Best time of their lives, I say!!!
