I had a great experience while staying here. The rooms were well appointed and the staff were incredible.
While I was departing the hotel, my shaving kit had slipped out of my bag in the stairwell. When I noticed that I was missing it later that day, I was already a 12 hour drive away. I called the hotel and the front desk attendant could not have been more helpful and reassuring. He ensured that it would be returned to me in my home province and walked me through the steps to have it returned. Thank you all so much for your extra effort and going above and beyond to help me out!

The only reason the service gets three stars is the two day shift desk women are fantastic and helpful. For over a week there have been 6 of us with a company at the same hotel, 4 on 12 hour nights dealing with the gas lines between here and Winnipeg. Told them at check in we were on nights and to please leave our rooms alone for housekeeping. We told house keeping we’d find them directly if we needed towels etc. Even with the DND on, I have been woken up to the light being ignored multiple times, they have slamming things in the hallways and other rooms, and multiple of us have talked to the housekeepers directly and it still gets ignored. If any one of my guys gets in an accident due to lack of sleep, we will directly blame the ignorant housekeepers.

Stayed for 3 nights at a very overpriced rate for the quality of the rooms. TV did not work, no additional room service given including emptying of garbages and fresh towels. Total stay was 650 for three nights and no additional room service!!!!!???? I had to empty my own garbages .
