I feel compelled to leave an online review as well as a physical paper one as my handwriting is woeful. Simon leads a fantastic team, he is so kind and knowledgeable, the staff overall never talk down to you or make you feel anything other than welcome. He really creates a great atmosphere, safe and hard to leave! I frequently have interactions with Simon and other members of staff, he's so lovely and the rest of the staff are too. Thanks for making a trip to the library so special every time.
