This is a beautiful property right in the middle of the Princess area, close to everything you could ever need. Our room is very well appointed and clean. Not too much and not too little of anything. The pool area is a great time with or without kids! With a splash pad, billiards room, and a little pool bar with the most wonderful attendant! She’s a rockstar.

Will be doing this annually with family as a destination trip. I'm never getting a time share but this property is really appealing. Kiddie Pool and huge Water Pad for play is awesome. Close to many sights in Scottsdale. Only spoke to someone about time share presentation when I arrived no other hard selling.

Unit 327M is not renovated but is a comfortable, quiet unit on the third floor overlooking the spa. It has the benefit of a large pine tree to filter strong sunlight and only blocks the view of a nearby building. Staff is very cordial. Daily texts are sent about events of the day. Unfortunately several were received after the events occurred or didn't include announcements of the Wednesday morning continental breakfast for owners.
