A beautiful hotel in a spectacular location, with magnificent views of Taal Volcano. We had a great room with plenty of space, the service was first class and child friendly (we have a 17 month old daughter). The food was excellent, would definitely like to visit again.

We enjoyed our stay at Twin Lakes Hotel. The property offers ample parking space, and the security personnel welcomed us warmly with friendly smiles. Check-in was handled efficiently by the receptionist, who promptly addressed all our inquiries.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the view from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking.
The food was excellent, and the buffet breakfast was a highlight of our experience. I especially loved the garlic rice, pancit, and dried dilis.
We also enjoyed the heated pool.
During check-out, the receptionist kindly asked about our stay, which was a thoughtful touch. Overall, we rate our experience a perfect 10 out of 10. Highly recommended.

I had a phenomenal time at Twin Lakes, where my organization had a training last year. I know I should have posted this review earlier, but hey, at least it’s here.
Kudos goes to their room attendant Glenn Datinginoo for ensuring the cleanliness of my beautiful suite.
Highly recommended hotel. Will come back for sure.
