We stayed at C & L Bay View Inn for 5 days. Hotel is near the airport and restaurants. If you don't have a private car service, there's no struggle in locating the place by tricycle since the street is well known by locals. Place is clean and there's a decent set of breakfast meal served every morning. I think my only issue or for improvement would be their water system. Its hard to set the warmth/coldness of water and the pressure is really weak. Their staff is great, very approachable and friendly. Overall, I would still say its a wonderful accommodation and budget friendly.

Close to EVERYTHING, perhaps best views in all of city, this is one of if not, the, tallest buildings and rooftop is open. In fact breakfast is served rooftop in a.m.
Rooms are not all half torn up, well maintained. Great asian theme, for decor.
Shower, as I read, and I agree, among best in PH so far. Bed very comfortable, real mattress, real pillows, balconies in each room with view. Great experience.

I love this hotel. Nice simple room with very good ocean view especially in Room 610 at 6th floor. Free breakfast every morning and walking distance to boulevard and many establishments.
Plus points – the receptionist are very nice. We also requested to checkout until 3pm with a minimal fee.
Will surely visit the hotel whenever I visit Dumaguete again.
