The people who work here are so helpful ! The store is always super clean, it’s almost never out of stock of anything, but, what I really appreciate in the world of Covid is the stop line for the cashiers people can’t crowd you. There’s marks on the floor where you’re meant to stand and I really appreciate that. People can’t just get right behind you and cough and sneeze and whatever love this store.

Friendly helpful staff, clean bright spacious isles. Floors very white and spotless. Good lighting me of products. Love this store and its people, not to mention the competitive prices.

  • 3.0/5:

Overall, a relatively average place to shop. It excels in many areas, and fails in some as well.

    Pros:
    – Not busy so it's quite relaxing to walk around without people getting in your way
    – Extremely friendly and nice staff
    – Decent selection of product (grocery, clothing, furniture, electronics, etc)

    Cons:
    – Prices. There is an illusion that you get things for cheaper because you're paying for the membership. Unfortunately, the overwhelmingly majority of products are the same price as they are at Sobeys or Superstore. The overall savings by shopping here would be relatively insignificant. Bread is still $4+, Milk is still $4+, 4 chicken breasts are $22+, etc.
    – Location is a bit out of the way
    – Gas bar could use updated infrastructure

    Conclusion:
It's nice to shop here because of the lack of crowd, but that is also likely a good indication that there is a reason the majority of people shop elsewhere. If no membership $ was required, and the prices were still the same… I think there would be more people that shopped here. I don't see why anyone would pay the membership $, not save money on product (on average), and it's slightly out of the way location wise… there is no net gain.

For me personally, just based on location it's easier for me to shop elsewhere. Not going to say I will never go back, because I'm sure I will, but definitely not on a regular basis. However, with that said if prices came down and it was financially worth it for me to go out of the way to shop here… I definitely would be a regular customer.
