This was a very pleasant surprise to us.
Service is fast and up to international standard for a change, although the more the night get to a close, the more the staff got…distracted by themselves.
The menu is worringly too vast but we what everybody got was good, no complains.
The drinks were the most pleasant surprises. Creative, well served in very nice crafty glasses.
I got two Funky Ritas, pretty tasty indeed.
The rooftop provided a respite from the heat and the crown down below. It's above avergae price but compare to the rest on the street, it's way better in my opinion, especially for international patrons.

Great rooftop bar!
Big menu of food and drinks, with unlimited beer options (for two hours) and attentive service. Food was tasty and the service was very friendly even when the bar was very full.

We enjoyed our last night in Vigan having dinner here at Heritage Sky Bar. The live band they have that night was one of the best we have seen and heard perform by far.
The food was tasted good. We had the pasta and croque monsieur. Their beer was icy cold and that was a bonus. Service can improve more. We were given one set of utensils and there's two. We gave to request for extra utensils and was asked if we are sharing the food before the staff brought the utensils and 2 small plates. The staff are friendly but they talk too loud at the bar, even laughing loudly. The noise they make is louder than the band.
