We held our wedding reception and stayed at Hillcreek Gardens Tagaytay, and it exceeded every expectation we had. From the stunning venue to the delicious food and warm Filipino hospitality, everything came together beautifully to give us the wedding of our dreams.
Reception – Grand, Elegant, and Unforgettable
Our reception was held in the Grand Ballroom, and it was truly breathtaking. The high ceilings, classical interiors, and signature grand staircase for the entrance created a magical and dramatic moment we will never forget. The space was elegant yet welcoming, easily accommodating our 120 guests (fits max 500 pax) with lots of room for dancing, staging, lights, and styling.
Catering by The Blue Room – A Celebration of Filipino Flavors
The food and service were outstanding. The Blue Room served a classic Filipino menu with a refined touch, and guests are still talking about it, especially the Oxtail kare kare! We extended the mobile cocktail drinks bar, and it was worth every cent. During cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception, guests enjoyed: Filipino delicacy stations, Taho cart, Coffee cart – a lifesaver according to so many guests!
Dinner was plated service, beautifully presented and served hot. The waitstaff were attentive, professional, and organised, and we received so many compliments on the smooth service throughout the evening.
Accommodation – Comfortable, Clean, and Charming
We booked several rooms at Hillcreek for ourselves and guests, and everyone had a pleasant stay.
The bridal suites were spacious, pristine, and beautifully decorated with floral, romantic touches—perfect for wedding photos.
There was more than enough space for the bridal party and hair & makeup team, which made wedding preparations stress-free.
The bridal suite came complimentary for one night, which was a generous and appreciated inclusion.
Other rooms were clean, roomy, and comfortable, and our guests only had positive feedback about their stay.
The reservations team responded quickly to every inquiry or request, resolving even last-minute changes with no fuss.
Breakfast was included from 7am–10am and was a huge hit—great Filipino and continental options, with everyone especially enjoying the hearty local dishes.
Location & Facilities – Tranquil Tagaytay Escape
Hillcreek Gardens is a beautiful, lush escape in Tagaytay, tucked within gated grounds with 24/7 security, making it feel private and safe. While the venue isn’t overlooking Taal Lake, the landscaped gardens, coconut trees, and peaceful atmosphere more than make up for it.
Facilities include: Swimming pool (1.5 metre depth!); Spa services.
Restaurants – The Blue Room, plus newly opened Byron’s, a gorgeous glasshouse restaurant with stunning garden views
