Amazing place. Came here on a Saturday morning in late December. Got here a bit after it opened at 10 AM. Weather was great. Trails were amazing. Good exercise. Not too hot. Loved so many things here: butterfly house, old house on the bay, gardens by the bay, and the house with the historical displays. Must see for sure! Reasonably priced and right on US-41. About 20 mins south of downtown Sarasota. Easy to get to. Plenty of restrooms and parking. Outstanding!

Great botanical garden, we really enjoyed our visit there and bought family membership which also includes Marie Selby botanical gardens in Sarasota. Nice place for a walk and relax. Loved butterfly garden.

Loved visiting this historic place few days ago..the weather was so nice and lovely and It felt so good walking in this garden as it was so relaxing and peaceful and so many things to read about while enjoying the natural beauty especially the walk near the lake..absolutely gorgeous! Would love to visit again in the future!
