This is by no means a 3.9 or 3 star Hotel,
This needs to be graded down to a 2 or 1.5
The Internet signal in the brooms is so weak that it’s nonexistent they might as well say there’s no Internet in the room , coupled with that there is no TV in most rooms. The cable is not hooked up.
The rooms are quite dirty and dingy. The building has not been taken care of and looks dilapidated. The staff is wearing old soiled uniforms.
The only good point is the staff is very friendly
The owner of the building looks like they’ve never put any money into the building and it’s rundown and really shoddy

A nice and quiet hotel with amazing views of the sunset. We stayed here for nearly 2 weeks. This hotel is so underrated but I will choose this over any other hotels in Ormoc because I value quiet and a more traditional feel. The staff are not intrusive, and are there if you need anything. I’ll happily stay here again.

It is a older building. But in its heyday I'm sure was a jewel.. but I like old but well kept buildings. We were at nearby hotel that advertised free wifi. But they obviously let that bird free. But Don Felipe had better services and internet with much quieter traffic less than a block away from our previous hotel. Looking forward to visiting them again.
