I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Royal. The staff Mingxin and Priscilia has provided warm welcome and comfortable stay in this hotel.
The hospitality provided by the staff was excellent, They were extremely polite, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their warm and attentive service made the stay very comfortable and enjoyable. Truly appreciated their outstanding customer service. The coffee house staff is very humble and excellent service for guests. Happy to book again for next visit

Day 18 of a 30+ day stay, and I’ve been very happy with this hotel.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the staff throughout the hotel are experienced and genuinely enjoy working together. There’s an easy, familiar rhythm to how the team interacts, and that sense of cohesion carries through into calm, friendly, and efficient service for guests. The hotel is run in a no-fuss manner and the team clearly knows what it’s doing and handles situations smoothly and without drama.

Although the building is older, it is immaculately clean, well maintained, and completely free of the musty smells sometimes found in older properties. Recent renovations are evident, and the overall feel is comfortable and well cared for.

This isn’t a flashy or “Instagram” hotel, but it offers something far more valuable: spacious rooms, quiet corridors, and a sense of ease that makes it genuinely livable, especially for longer stays.

Wi-Fi was generally fine but occasionally inconsistent, and power outlets by the bedside would be a welcome upgrade for extended stays.

A special mention to Spencer at the front desk — his daily humour is a great way to start the day, and he has gone above and beyond to make my stay smooth and stress-free.

An exceptionally well-managed and comfortable hotel. Highly recommended, particularly for longer stays.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Royal for half a month and I couldn't be more impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and Staff Spencer went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The location is absolutely perfect, right next to Untied Square Mall, making it convenient to explore the area and enjoy shopping and dining. The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. The hotel offers a delicious breakfast buffet . The food was fresh and making for a great start to each day. I also enjoyed the hotel's facilities, including the swimming pool and fitness center, which were well-maintained and added to the overall enjoyment of my stay. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Royal for anyone visiting Singapore. The combination of excellent service by Spencer especially, prime location, and comfortable accommodations made for an unforgettable stay. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to hotel Royal!
