Indochine Restaurant has become my little nest in Subic. I always pick up their cold cuts and sourdough bread for gift baskets for my Manila friends !
Fun fact : Armand, the French owner, is pescatarian, yet he makes some of the best cold cuts in the country. It’s also a pet-friendly spot with an actual dog menu, which I absolutely love and highly recommend !
The restaurant sits right in front of Sainte Thérèse Catholic Church, a beautiful parish that’s perfect for reflection and prayer, so it really adds to the peaceful charm of the place…

1000000/10. Indochine exceeded our expectations! The ambience was peaceful and calm, beautiful decor. Food was just exceptional! We had the pesto and carbonara which were perfect. The tenderloin was cooked to perfection, very tender and tasty. A little note on the Pork Medallions though as they were a bit dry/tough but the taste was still good. The carpaccio was great as well, couldn’t get enough of the sides the meat came with, incredible. It was a plus that their comfort rooms were kept and clean. Service was A++++. This will definitely be our place to go from now on every time we go to Subic.

Can’t believe it took us so long to go here, but it is a bit out of the way. Easily one of the top restaurants in SBMA if not the best, will definitely return to find out…

Home made sausage, bread, pickles, a wine cellar… and everything reasonably priced…
