The all 5 Star reviews speak for themselves. Needed to rent some audio equipment to produce an event in SD, coming from the East Coast. John's team was responsive and quick to work with. Had a last minute change when I arrived to pick up equipment and John accommodated it easily and without any strain. Just a simple "yeah man, we got you covered no problem." Also opened up early for my returns so I could make my flight in time. Additionally, all equipment was clean and in perfect operating condition.
Thanks for the help John – will look forward to rebooking with you for 2024.

These guys are pros and are all incredibly nice and helpful. I rented a sound system for my wedding and set it up myself. The equipment was great and the wires and cables were plentiful. They gave me a quick walkthrough on how to wire everything and I was off to the races. Pickup and drop off were quick and painless and they were very organized. They gave me a wireless mic, aux cable, and a wired mic just in case – very organized and thoughtful. Would definitely use them again if I need to rent some audio equipment in the future.

I cannot say enough great things about John Roy Sound! I was in need of a single wireless speaker w/ bluetooth, guitar, and mic set up for my father's memorial/funeral at the cemetery. This was a very small job, but I was so grateful John Roy answered my website inquiry and were able to help me out – no other companies answered my inquiries. Alan was my main contact at JR Sound and was above-and-beyond kind, communicative, and helpful. Live music, mic, and bluetooth playlist all working flawlessly and synergistically; the event went really well, and the price was right. I would highly recommend this company, and would use them again in a heartbeat.
