Food is alright, the serving sizes are of good value for the price. And food quality is not bad. You denitely want to get some soup for your meal it can be quite dry. But overall I’d say peso for peso Kenny Rogers tends to have better value than other popular fast food chains.

The staff id this branch are quite nice. We got our food fairly quickly and the serving staff were nice to deliver our request for extra sauces and drinks to our table

It's a pretty big place but it still gets filled up during lunchtime. So the best time to check this out would be mid afternoons. Dinnertime would still be tolerable. There's outside the resto sitting though but not the best place since it's the mall's main corridor. Their wash area leads to a single common toilet so it can be crowded there too.
