We recently had our first visit to the Lloydminster Museum and Archives Centre, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The highlight of our visit was the incredibly knowledgeable and helpful lady who gave us the tour. She took the time to explain everything in detail, making the exhibits even more engaging and informative.

The museum itself offers a great look into the history and culture of the region, with well-curated displays and fascinating archival materials. Whether you’re a history enthusiast or just looking for something interesting to do, this is definitely a place worth visiting.

A big thank you to the staff, especially our tour guide, for making our visit so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!

We went in between special exhibits but our 4H kids really enjoyed the interpretive oil centre and the old taxidermy display. It's changed a lot since I was last there.
Pricing is great for a group.
Gift shop has some great, unique items for gifts or travel, including many locally made items and books by local authors and artists.
I also love the weekly farmer's markets in the parking lot!
