5/5 – Wonderful Stay at Lotus Honolulu at Diamond Head
We had a fantastic stay at the Lotus Honolulu at Diamond Head. The front desk staff was outstanding—warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful both during check-in and throughout our visit. They gave us excellent recommendations for delicious local meals and great spots to explore nearby.
The hotel’s location is ideal—just steps from a beautiful beach. We loved that the hotel provided beach chairs and towels, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the ocean.
We enjoyed our stay so much that we tried to extend it, but the hotel was fully booked, so we’ll just have to come back next time. Looking forward to our next visit!

I’ve stayed on Oahu at least ten times, and Lotus Honolulu at Diamond Head is one of my favorite places of all. The customer service is exceptional, and everyone makes you feel genuinely cared for. The location is quiet and peaceful with a beautiful, uncrowded beach just a short walk away, with a lifeguard on duty. The view from our room was stunning, with Diamond Head, and the ocean all in sight. It’s also an easy walk to the Waikiki Shell if you’re in town for a concert. We had an in-room massage during our stay, and it was incredible. This boutique hotel is a hidden gem for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay on Oahu.

We had another excellent stay at Lotus Honolulu.Such a wonderful location, beautiful rooms and views, but most importantly such an excellent staff who really make you feel at home and so welcome. In particular, I asked for the names of our staff- they were Rhian, Yoobi, Katie, Nikki, and Ella. All of them were genuinely welcoming, took care of all our needs and requests, made great recommendations, and we looked forward to entering the lobby every time we came back to the hotel and felt at home. If and when we go to Honolulu again, there is no question where we will stay, we are definitely looking forward to staying in Lotus again! Thank you all for a great experience.
