We recently dined at this gem of a Filipino restaurant, and it was an absolute standout experience from start to finish. Every dish arrived perfectly executed, bursting with home-style authenticity.
The chicken and pork adobo stole the show right away. The sauce was rich and velvety with just the right texture, impeccably seasoned meat that melted in your mouth. No oil overload here—just pure, savory deliciousness.
Bangus with garlic followed as a flawless balance of flavors: fish, garlic, and seasoning so spot-on it needed no adjustments.
Then came the tortang talong with longganisa, a brilliant twist on the classic. The eggplant omelet paired with very little portions of meat was good yet comforting—seriously tasty and addictive.
The munggo soup with chicharon; it’s hearty, well-seasoned perfection in a bowl, warming you from the inside out.
Pancit palabok was great too. The “show” with the piled pancit was interesting too see. You wonder why so many pancit at first, but once they drizzle the sauce right in front of you, it all makes sense: fresh, interactive, and utterly delicious.
For dessert, the buko pie hit all the right notes—not overly sweet, with a flaky crust cradling fresh young coconut. The little cup of cream on the side? Genius—put it on for an indulgent upgrade.
We capped it off with a perfect espresso (flavorful, not a trace of sourness) and
Service was warm and attentive, portions generous, and prices fair for this level of quality. If you’re craving elevated Filipino comfort food with flair, this is your spot. Five stars—I’ll be back!
