From the moment we arrived at Mango Tree we felt welcomed and cherished. The warm smiles from the staff immediately set the tone for our stay, making us feel like we were at home rather than just guests. Every aspect of our experience was thoughtfully curated to ensure our comfort and happiness.

I rented the Presidential Family Villa from January 13-16 and we had 10 family members total (8 adults, 1 child and 1 infant).

I am beyond impressed with the property and the staff. The unit was extremely clean and smelled amazing upon entry. The bedding was so comfortable and they had even set up a crib for our baby with a mosquito net. Judy Anne was so kind and responsive to all of our requests, even when they were outside of working hours.

The breakfast they served us every morning was phenomenal. I personally loved the pancakes and fresh mango shake, but everything we ordered was delicious.

The only feedback I can give is that our hanging shower head pressure wasn't the strongest. That was ok because the handheld shower head worked fine. The stairs also got slippery especially if you were coming in from the pool or from a massage, so you just have to be really careful walking down.

Our flight back to Manila was cancelled and we urgently needed to book an extra day. Luckily, they were able to extend our stay and they even offered us a special price to help offset all the other cost we incurred from our trip cancellations. We were already so stressed but Mango Tree helped to alleviate some of it so we could enjoy the rest of the day. The customer service we received here was top notch and we cannot recommend this place enough!

We decided to choose Mango Tree Siargao as our honeymoon destination, and it was probably the best decision we ever made.

First and foremost, the staff. They are amazing people. Special thanks to Ms. Louise for coordinating all our requests and orders. As a surprise for my wife, I asked for decorations to be prepared in the room. Everything was prepared with the utmost care and brought tears of joy to her eyes.

The food, or more specifically breakfast, is another very positive aspect. Every day, you can choose one item from the menu, which is delivered to the villa, which is a great feature.

Location is an important aspect. The villas are about a 10-minute tricycle ride from the center of General Luna. The area is incredibly peaceful and offers maximum privacy, which is another big plus.

I thought long and hard about whether there were any downsides, but despite my desire to be picky, I couldn't find anything negative. I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy some privacy, use the wonderful pool, and relax in the comfort of a beautiful villa after a day of sunbathing/surfing.
