I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Sunshine made sure The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with plenty of space and great attention to detail. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and consistently helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect close to restaurants, shops, and major attractions. Breakfast had a good variety, and the dining area was clean and well managed. Overall, a fantastic experience. Sunshine works at the front desk and she made me and my husband stay wonderful! Highly recommended!

Lovely stay in downtown Jacksonville! Isaiah at the front desk made sure that my check in and stay was exemplary. The housekeeping staff did a great job. I love the location – central to some great restaurants and night spots. When UF Jacksonville campus opens in spring of 2027 this will be a great hotel for families to stay at when visiting.
The pool deck is lovely with a great view of the river and bridges. The hotel is having some remodeling done on the ground floor. There is a beautiful atrium. Hopefully more shops come to the building soon.
It is right across from a performing arts center, so would be a great location if you are seeing a show.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay to celebrate his birthday. I would like to thank Jade for assisting with planning our trip and making our visit extra special. The location was perfect and we enjoyed our dinner and breakfast at Juliette’s Bistro.
