The services provided by the crew members of this hotel are top notch! Especially Chee Han, he made the check in process super smooth and had graciously upgraded our room with a superb Orchard Road view plus granted us access to M Club Lounge!
Through these 3 nights of stay, all of them made us felt welcomed, like privileged customers! Salute!
I would also like to give great thanks to the crew members of M Club Lounge, especially to Chef Tan Cheng Chwee. He served us with professionalism and with a gentleman etiquette. Food dishes were amazing and beverages were complete.

We had a wonderful stay at your hotel. The gentleman who checked us in—Rex, if I’m not mistaken—was exceptionally friendly and thoughtful. When our room wasn’t ready, he kindly offered us a resting room so our kids could have a comfortable room to relax while we waited. We truly appreciated his attentiveness and hospitality. My stay at the Tang Plaza was amazing! The staff left a heck of a first impression from the time that I got out of my vehicle, during check-in, and throughout the entire stay. The entrance was very eye-catching with the designer store on one side, a busy restaurant on the opposite, and water fountain leading the way to the lobby……..oh and the smell! I don’t know what fragrance the hotel uses, but when the door opened, it smelled super nice! Walking in and out of the hotel became one of my favorite parts of my stay (seriously haha).

Being on Orchard Rd, it seemed to always be very lively in front of the hotel/lobby. It was the opposite on the guest floor (12th for me) though. I got some very needed, peaceful rest to recover from the jet lag and. The room (king suite) was spacious, clean (the housekeeping staff always went above and beyond), had a comfortable climate, and a great view. Also, I was very grateful for all of the bottled water that was provided and replenished! It was a small thing, but definitely helped me stay hydrated in the Singapore weather.

Room service (the chicken wings especially) and the breakfast buffet were delicious. Additionally, the location of the hotel puts in perfect walking distance of a myriad of food choices and the MRT if you want to go on a food adventure.

This experience has made me a fan of the Marriott brand and the Singapore team has set the bar extremely high in professionalism, hospitality, and kindness. They really made my first visit to Singapore very memorable. I can’t wait to make my reservation for my next trip!
