MIT Endicott House is an elevated, intimate private event setting just outside Boston in Dedham, Massachusetts, well suited to corporate receptions, awards dinners, and milestone celebrations that call for a refined, exclusive atmosphere.
The Terrace is an inviting space available for evening receptions and dining, comfortably accommodating intimate gatherings of roughly 35 to 40 guests in a reception-style setup.
Catering is handled in-house, with a food and beverage minimum of $65 per person. All food and beverage is subject to a 22% administrative fee and the 7% Massachusetts meals tax. Customized function menus are available.
Professional bartender service is available at $90 per bartender for the first hour and $85 per bartender for each additional hour. The bar may be run on a consumption basis or as a cash bar, whichever best suits your group.
