try mang edo's carinderia across from moonwalk village barangay hall, best kinalas this side of town and their other foods are good too. reasonably priced too and very clean carienderia. mang edo from bicol personally makes and sell the authentic kinalas from bicol

For me, the place is in the middle of Barangay with is good for other. In my case I have to walk from a distance to get it here.

I can't understand the miscellaneous fee of 300 for my business clearance on top up the 1k fee. They just issued me a white green card board with serial number.
