Outstanding stay — truly the best of our entire Japan trip! We stayed on the executive floor, and the room was spacious, very comfortable, and well-appointed with high-quality coffee and tea, pleasant shampoo and conditioner, and an incredibly comfortable bed. The executive lounge was a highlight, offering sweet and savory snacks, hot and cold drinks throughout the day, plus evening small plates and alcoholic beverages. Spa access with pool and gym was included, which made the stay even more relaxing. Early check-in was kindly accommodated, and the breakfast was wonderful with plenty of variety. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. Absolutely the best experience — highly recommend!
