Free entry. You won't be disappointed. Great coffee shop and gift shop. Has 2 floors. Toilets downstairs. Accessible toilet and lifts available. Great exposition where they made the glass there.
Worth the visit

Came here as I saw a christmas craft fair advertised here. It turns out the website, which had nothing to do with the glass centre, was wrong and there was no craft fair. Had a cup of tea and a teacake in the cafe, watched some glass baubles being made, wandered the galleries and the museum. A great day out even without the craft fair.

A possible sad farewell to this unique venue, which has in the past had frequent glass exhibitions. Sunderland university clearly want shut of this great place.
